Exploring Sustainability & The Environment Through Photography

Photography can be a powerful tool in getting messages across.  An image can evoke emotion and create connection more instantly than words, and often in a deeper, more meaningful way.  It can turn a dull static word into a vibrant issue worth fighting for.  The saying "A picture tells a thousand words" can in fact be quite true.

As environmentalists we want to utilise valuable techniques like this to create interest and passion around the important issues that are facing the planet today... and into the future.



What issues are important to you?  How could you share your ideas or concerns using photographs?

You may find a single photo makes the best impact... or it may be a story better told in a series of photos.

When you have taken your needed photos, make a poster or a slideshow using them, with maybe a few well chosen words to enhance your message, if needed.
